The former Guns & Roses lead singer will replace Kurt Cobain on North American tour

Axl Rose will be the new frontman for Nirvana as they launch a North America tour. Kurt Cobain and Rose were long time rivals but since Kurt’s passing, Axl, the Guns & Roses lead singer, says he had been doing some soul searching and feels that this move will be healing to all parties. Nirvana drummer, Dave Grohl, says he is “excited to work with a true professional like Axl Rose”, and bassist Krist Novoselic added “Axl’s pitch perfect voice, along with his attentiveness and work ethic will be a blessing for the reformation of the band”. The tour will begin after April…fools.
